- Abstract
To study the prevalence and outcome of pregnancies with reversed end-diastolic flow (REDF) in uterine arteries Doppler in a regional hospital in Hong Kong. Fetal Doppler and Uterine arteries Doppler study were performed for high risk pregnancies including hypertensive diseases and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) in our high risk pregnancy clinics and during hospitalisation when appropriate. Potential under-estimation is possible as uterine artery Doppler study were not the routine practice for all those high risk cases due to various reasons e.g. lack of expertise, adequate clinical information to guide the delivery plan without the use of uterine artery Doppler or urgent delivery is needed.
