- Abstract
The article presents a study to establish the agreement between digital and ultrasound assessment of occipital position. It evaluates the repeatability of the measurements of head direction, angle of the middle lime, progression distance and angle of progression in women in the second stage of labor. It suggests that the most reproducible of the three-dimensional measurements for progression of the fetal head in labor is the progression angle.
