- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old mother with dizygotic twins who was referred for fetal echocardiography to evaluate abnormal cardiac axes in her twins. It notes that fetal echocardiography showed normal cardiac anatomy and function but both twins had hypoplastic branch pulmonary arteries. It mentions that the findings in pulmonary arteries suggested pulmonary hypoplasia. It cites that the parents have requested termination of the pregnancy.
