TEACHER ATTENDANCE EFFECTS ON STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT: RESEARCH STUDY OF OHIO SCHOOLS.
Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated the effects of teacher attendance on student achievement in Ohio schools. A comparison was made between Ohio schools with low teacher attendance rates and schools with high teacher attendance rates. Data from the Ohio Department of Education were also examined and statistical analysis included comparison of means and standard deviations.
