- Authors
Days, Mary Ann; Brogdon, Richard E.
- Abstract
A case study was conducted of the effectiveness of advisory groups for occupational programs at a two-year technical college. In-depth interviews were used to match actual practices used with committees with patterns identified in the literature as being associated with effective advisory groups. It was found that, of the predicted patterns, only the attitude of the instructor was associated with effectiveness of the advisory committee.
