The article describes the case of a 30-year-old male with progressive bilateral hand pain with associated swelling and digital discoloration. Topics discussed include his medical history, reports of arterial biopsy in cases of suspected cannabis arteritis (CA), and association between the underlying mechanism of CA and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
