- Authors

- Abstract
An essay is presented on how stalled replication forks can lead to genomic instability. It mentions how internal and external events like DNA binding proteins and DNA damage can stall the progression of replication forms. The authors also explores the systems used to prevent fork collapse and reinitiate the replication of DNA at the stalled forks. They add that PriA protein plays a key function in replication start after the stalled replication forks.
