The paper seeks to assess poetry written in English by Tibetan and Chakma refugee poets. These marginal minor poets who struggle to voice the predicament of the subaltern, and the crises in their region have neither been encouraged nor solaced by anybody. But they have not stopped their poetic exploration of the exilic pain, predicament and the stark realities of life.
