A Golden retriever dog was presented in recumbent condition. Different diagnostic techniques revealed that animal was having acute renal failure due to Babesia canis and Babesia gibsoni infections. Condition of animal was successfully managed with aggressive fluid therapy and chemotherapeutics against Babesia canis and Babesia gibsoni.
