- Abstract
The article presents policies related to organization and delivery of services in medical settings. Under the Council on Pharmacy Management's policy, hospitals and health systems are encouraged on not to permit administration of medications brought by patient when storage conditions cannot be verified. The Commission on Therapeutics advocates the administration of influenza vaccination. Pharmacists' role in medication reconciliation is shown under the Council on Professional Affairs' policy.
