- Abstract
This article explores the American Indian representation in American Hebrew literature. It discusses the motives of Hebrew poets and prose writers who sought to represent Native Americans in their fiction. Among the recognizable approaches of Hebrew writers to their representation has been the incorporation of Native American folk tales of various tribes. It offers information on authors who represented the American Indians in literature, as well as an analysis of their works.
