- Abstract
The article presents an exploration into the history of the late 18th century local newspaper "The Farmer's Weekly Museum," of Walpole, New Hampshire. Details are given describing the events surrounding the foundation of the paper by the printers Isaiah Thomas and David Carlisle. Discussion is also given highlighting several frequently featured writers who contributed to the journal including Joseph Dennie, Royall Tyler, and Thomas Green Fessenden. Description is given to the writing style and content of each contributor in turn.
