- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines neuroendocrine tumor markers through identification of gene expression and monitored machine learning. Methods used in the study were neuroendocrine tumor (NET) samples and a supervised learning algorithms. Results from the study show that gene expression profiling and supervised machine learning bears a possibility to auspicate metastasis and assort small intestinal (SI) NET subtypes.
