- Abstract
The article reports on contributions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and federal and state courts in Wisconsin to develop a body of American sports law jurisprudence. Topics discussed include development of regulations governing high school athletics, interference of these parties judicially with contractual relationship between state high school athletic association and member schools, and judgment in the Brentwood Academy v. Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Ass'n.
