Deceased estates: present entitlement issues.
Abstract
The article discusses a court case Walker v Walker and related entitlement issues regarding deceased estates. It is stated that the case was raised due to proper construction of the terms of a deed on September 4, 2020 where a claim was made against a deceased estate and residuary beneficiary under the deceased's will. It is concluded that deceased's will can raise construction and tax issues.
