- Abstract
The article discusses the study of south-south collaborations regarding the relationship between biotechnology firms in developing countries, which can result to cheaper medicines in poorer countries. The researchers surveyed biotechnology firms in several countries, such as Brazil and Cuba while companies in Africa, Asia, and Latin America are collaborating to improve trade and innovation. The researchers said that technology transfer can be a strategy to access affordable technology.
