- Abstract
The article shares the authors' experiences of time spent in doing volunteer work with the Missionaries of Charity, the religious order founded by Mother Teresa, in Thailand and in India. For three weeks in Thailand, they served as volunteers for the abandoned children with HIV/AIDS. Also, they served as volunteers for four weeks in Calcutta, India. The authors regarded their experiences as the best chance to experience nursing of children and adults suffering from serious illnesses.
