The article presents the discussion on research-based writing accommodations for English language learners (ELLs) and native English speakers for increasing the language and writing skills. Topics include exploring a physical adaptations lesson plan with writing accommodations for varying proficiency levels of English-language learners; and enhancing meaning construction through the creation of connections and relationships.
