- Abstract
The article Black Studies courses that should be considered by Speech departments. It is an interdisciplinary study of the experience of the Blacks. One of the courses in Black Studies is Black Rhetoric. It is a test about Afro-American practicing rhetoricians in the past and present. Another course is entitled Black People and the Mass Media. It analyzes the political and psychological effects of the mass media which is controlled by the whites. Another course is Research in Black Communication. It is focused on the research issues in Black Communication.
