In this articles the author talks about China's Military Revolution. Topics discussed include China had no aircraft carriers, and its conventional missile force was largely short-ranged and inaccurate; heavily concentrated their strategy and systems to target these vulnerabilities; and neutralizing American and allied command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), especially space systems.
