- Authors
Paulsson, Jan
- Abstract
The author identifies two legal factors that bear influence on the choices of commercial parties regarding arbitration venue. The author also suggests the extent to which the British Arbitration Act of 1996 may be subject to vulnerability with respect to those factors and expresses warnings as to the potential impacts the practice will inflict. The author expresses thoughts from an external perspective concerning the act and the changes that should or could be made in celebration of the act's 10th year anniversary in 2007.
