- Abstract
Costumer behavior is a particular segment in marketing studies, taking into consideration that every customer is affected by different factors, from an external or internal environment. Having in mind the role of the characteristics of the product in the process of making decision to purchase it is most definitely a factor key in costumer behavior. Characteristics of the product are different and in number too but what can will probably be more important is the costumer. Depending on the requires needs to meet the product exactly these will be influenced factors purchase decesion. The price of the product, quality, easy access, taste, aroma, promotions and other characteristic are taken into account to study deeper the role of these in customer behavior. In order to identify t all the possible way that a product can be accessible is necessary to study the costumers behavior and consumers in general by analyzing their characteristics in detail , cultural, social or even personal characteristics such as age, personality, financial conditions, etc. Each kind of product, function based on its characteristics, requires to receive a special marketing strategy. In the same time strategy depends on major other factors as the phase of the life cycle, competitive position and economic environment. The dimensional product all its characteristics determines the package obtained from the customer. The idea to bring s customer it is very important. It is assumed that consumers will favor products that are of the highest quality, that perform well and that other competitors do not have the same products on the market.
