- Abstract
The article focuses on difference of Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Laws (OHADA) from other international courts (ICs). Topics discussed include IC as an integral part of its member states' national judicial systems; CCJA which functions as the highest national court; European Court of Justice which can receive cases from private parties; and World Trade Organization's dispute-resolution system.
