- Abstract
The article discusses the problems facing intellectual property (IP) law in the modern context and some of the international efforts to combat these problems. It mentions that three attempts to initiate new IP law including international Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, the U.S. Stop Online Piracy Act and Canada's Bill C-ll. Also mentioned is the efforts to create workable IP laws and suggest to continue the conversation and the substance to include in any legislation.
