- Abstract
C. E. the well-known Archaic, four-winged residence with the famous terracotta roof statues and friezes was built, which was emptied and dismantled in the third quarter of the sixth century B. C. E. Only three or four inscriptions may originate from this building. Giorgio Bretschneider Rome €50.40 Anthony Tuck, director of excavations at Poggio Civitate, and linguist Rex Wallace analyze the archaeological, linguistic, socio-economic, and political aspects of one Umbrian and 32 Etruscan inscriptions. Inscriptions 1-19 were found in (or likely associated with) OC1/Residence, 20-3 in OC2/Workshop, 24 between OC2 and OC3, 25-7 in OC3/Tripartite building, 28-9 near OC2/Workshop, and 30-2 may be associated with the Archaic residence.
