- Title
Problems with Preservation of the Sterilization of Instruments. The Resultant New Technique (II).
- Authors
Stapff, K.-H.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the preservation problems of dental instrument sterilization. It states the insufficiency of placing dental instruments simply into pre-cut plastic tubing's convenient length as such could be contaminated from either end. The need to use seals that are double of triple at the plastic tube's both ends is regarded to be customary to ensure the safety of the materials. Procedures in sealing sterilized instrument bags in autoclaves to administer proper precautinary practice are also indicated.
