- Abstract
This article focuses on the court ruling given in In re De Caprio case. When only value of partner's interest in partnership as an outgoing partner was submitted to arbitrator, award cannot be challenged for imperfect execution when it did not provide for the conveyance of petitioner's interest in the real property to the respondent.
