- Abstract
In the present study, the LAMSs became buried in the mucosa 1, 4, and 7 months after placement, and cholangitis symptoms recurred.9 Malignant ALS is not generally problematic because of the short-term prognosis, but benign ALS treatment requires that LAMS exchange be planned. Current status of, and challenges posed by, endoscopic ultrasound-guided anastomosis of the digestive tract in patients with afferent loop syndrome EUS-A for ALS may be the optimal treatment in patients with malignant ALSs after Whipple surgery, for example.
