- Abstract
The article discusses aspects of the Labor Day march by the migrant domestic workers in Lebanon. Topics mentioned include the legal status of the residency permits or working visa of the registered migrant domestic workers and their impact on the residential architecture, the devastating consequences encountered by the migrant workers who are seeking health insurance or access to medical care and the social condition of women living and working as domestic workers wherein some migrant workers have been experiencing domestic abuse in the country.
