- Abstract
The authors comment on several challenges facing international research collaboration such as limitations in face-to-face communication and reliability on information and communication technologies (ICT), cost involvement and data sharing. They provide recommendations for conducting international medical education research in three areas: finding international collaborators, effective communication and effective leadership.
