- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-year-old male with aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) at cranio-vertebral junction. He suffered from neck pain, dysphagia and restricted neck movements for seven months and progressive spastic quadriparesis. He underwent staged surgical excision, but experienced recurrence of respiratory distress and quadriparesis. The article discusses the treatment modalities for ABC including superlative embolization, partial excision and total excision.
