- Abstract
In this research we analyze the work, family and anticipated work-family conflict expectations of a sample of advertising undergraduate students prior to their entry into the labour market. To carry out our research we developed a questionnaire that as administered to a sample of 129 advertising students coming from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in the academic year 2009-2010. The results show that men and women consider work as a source of personal fulfillment. However, our students are in favor of relegating employment goals in order to accommodate personal or family needs. In contrast to the results obtained in other cultures, there are no sex differences in the choice of the advertising department preferred to work.
