- Abstract
The article discusses way for companies to better make most of knowledge workers at their optimal performance through the workplace learning context. It offers an overview of the changing environment of jobs offered in the U.S. Also explored is the increase of the present-day knowledge-based organizations. It focuses on the implication of the flourishing number of knowledge workers in the management level. Offered are tips for managers on dealing with retention of skilled and educated workers such as the offering of training, development, and succession planning.
