- Abstract
First report of Alternaria alternata causing leaf spots of Liriodendron chinense × tulipifera in China To verify the pathogenicity of M7, 10-week-old detached and attached leaves from potted 1-year-old I L. chinense × tulipifera i were inoculated with 10 µL conidial suspension (10 SP 6 sp conidia/mL). In September 2018, a leaf spot disease was observed on I L. chinense × tulipifera i in Nanjing and the incidence rate was about 60 %.
