- Abstract
The article focuses on the need of more protective federal legislations for the cell site simulators and concerning the constitutionality of searches using cell site simulators. It mentions U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence concerning Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures and the current status of legislation. It also mentions personal privacy and its relation to physical searches of cell phones and use of technological surveillance.
