- Abstract
The article focuses on application of Big data analytics in legal and law enforcement decision making and various data analytic tools. Topics discussed include predictive techniques based on Big data used by legal practitioners, judges and police, development of software to predict outcomes of legal disputes and use of Big data in electronic discovery in order to decrease the costs of civil litigation. It mentions data analytic tools used in pre-trial decision-making and predictive policing.
