- Abstract
The article discusses the research which investigates the civil and family laws that are needs by Indigenous people in New South Wales. The research was commissioned by Legal Aid of the state that involves interviews for the groups of eight indigenous communities to identify the criminal law needs by the indigenous clients. In this regard, the nature and extent of wide range of civil and family laws that deliver legal and support services for focus communities as part to the research with observations are discussed.
