- Abstract
The article discusses admiralty and maritime law-related U.S. court decisions issued between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022 which involved seamen, longshoremen, passengers, maritime liens, salvage, marine insurance, limitation of liability and jurisdiction. Topics include a limitation action claim filed by a plaintiff-seaman alleging causes of action for Jones Act negligence and a breach of covenant of good faith held by the court in Freepoint Commodities LLC v. Ridgebury Kilo LLC.
