- Abstract
The article focuses on the developments in the appellate procedure or advocacy and the U.S Supreme Court's decision for amendments to the federal rules of appellate procedure. The U.S Supreme Court cases discussed include American Express Co. v. Italian Colors Restaurant dealing with arbitration clause and class action waiver, Genesis Healthcare Corp. v. Symczyk based on standing doctrine and Wos v. E.M.A. involving federal preemption.
