- Abstract
The article focuses on the role of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and its effect on the U.S. foreign investment policy. Topics discussed include opinion of the U.S. Circuit Court for the District of Columbia (DC Circuit) in case Ralls Corp. v. Comm. On Foreign Inv. in the U.S. related to the CFIUS framework, provision of section 721 which gives CFIUS authority to limit foreign direct investments that impose risk to national security and limitations of CFIUS.
