- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a female patient with idiopathic intracranial hypertension without papilledema. The patient had unilateral right abducens nerve palsy. Her electromyography result was normal. Magnetic resonance venography revealed marked stenosis in the mid-lateral portion of both transverse sinuses. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis was normal. The patient was treated with acetazolamide.
