- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 31-year-old female who suffers pain near the great toe of the left foot that was been present for five years. She was diagnosed with tenderness to palpation over the dorsum of the first metatarsphalangeal (MTP) joint, 40 degrees of dorsiflexion and 20 degrees of plantar flexion of MTP joint. She was treated for bilateral plantar fasciitis with corticosteroid injections.
