- Abstract
The article discusses how the experience of the financial crisis helps to teach scholars in order to enforce self-regulation approach of responsive financial regulation. It examines the effect of micro- and macro-level on regulatory designs and contemporary regulatory models. The methods of finance regulation promote for self-regulation, risk management-based regulation, meta-regulation in the financial markets and describe the relationship between regulator and financial industry.
