- Title
ATTORNEYS' FEES--LAST DITCH STAND?
- Authors
ZELLER, BRUNO
- Abstract
The article focuses on attorneys' fees and discusses whether attorneys' fees are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). It states that in an international commercial dispute, the cost of resolving the dispute is as important to the parties as the merits of the claims themselves. It addresses the claim of author Milena Đordevic, in an article, that attorneys' fees are not included in the regime of the CISG.
