The article focuses on the need for clarity free speech in light of the ease of digital communication, and therefore threatening, over the Internet. It mentions that overview of both the existing social media landscape and the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the Virginia v. Black. It also mentions that the increase in incidence of issues involving Internet speech without clear true threat jurisprudence.
