Informationseveral topics discussed during the 2014 Organization of American Kodály Educators (OAKE) Conference President's Panel held in Atlanta, Georgia is presented. Topics of the discussion include the origins of OAKE, the creation of the Kodály Envoy, and the first International Kodály Symposium in 1973. OAKE Founders Christine Jordanoff, Betsy Moll, and Sister Lorna Zemke shared their experiences on how and when OAKE was created.
