- Abstract
In the process of group decision-making, different decision-makers have different risk attitudes. There are quantum entanglements among the opinions of decision-makers, influencing each other rather than being independent of each other. To address this issue, a multi-attribute quantum group decision-making method considering decision-maker's risk attitude is developed. First, considering the uncertain environment of decision-making, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number is used to represent the decision information, and a new scoring function is proposed to transform the interval intuitionistic fuzzy matrix into a scoring function matrix. Second, the interference entanglement behavior of the decision-maker in the decision-making process is deduced by quantum probability, and the quantum probability is transformed into the weight of the attributes. Then, the prospect value function is determined according to the expectation reference point of different decision-makers, and the irrational risk attitude of decision-makers is reflected by comprehensive prospect value, which is used to rank the alternatives. Finally, a case of global telecommunication system security assessment is provided to verify the feasibility, effectiveness, and superiority of the proposed method.
