Abstract
The article focuses on the legal battle of Moshe Rottenberg, a rabbi that has been accused of making too much noise at his synagogue in London, England. A Muslim neighbor complained that her life was being made a misery by rabbi's chanting, stamping and shouting from the building. The rabbi was found guilty of breaching a noise abatement order served on him and was told to pay £4,000 costs and conditionally discharged.
