- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the neonicotinoid action and resistance involving the interaction of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) to houseflies. The study uses the neonicotinoids to investigate the gene expressions of the insect in field population and laboratory strains. The results show that the neonicotinoid-resistant population was 766b and the imidacloprid selected strain 791imi had 60 percent copy numbers of the flies compared with the susceptible strain.
