- Abstract
The article discusses the plan of follow-up services for teacher graduates of Valdosta State College in Valdosta, Georgia. It is shown that the typical college graduate in teacher education requires approximately two years of full-time work in which to test theories, to become oriented and adjusted to the job of teaching and to attain reasonably high level of teaching efficiency. A plan of follow-up services is designed to provide the teacher graduate with such assistance during the two year period.
